Crazy Ex!!!

Y'all!!! I have not been with this person for almost 4 years. I am married with a child. In the beginning of my now marriage, my ex would threaten to take my car from me, he threatened to shoot my now husband in the face. All kinds of crazy shit. I blocked him everywhere but every once in awhile he would reach out to friends/family with a message for me, sometimes nice, sometimes not. My husband asked him countless times to leave us alone but to no avail he recently asked a friend to ask me for my icloud password for a game. Knowing his history, I did not respond and encouraged my friend to ignore him. I found out today that he somehow hacked into my icloud and I am locked out of it. I'm so pissed!!! I am extremely uncomfortable with the fact that he has gained access to some very personal stuff. I'm at the end of my rope. Can I get a protection order over this?
