Can vitex mess up ovulation and mess up the chances to conceive?

Thinking vitex would help me produce more cm and just have a higher chance of becoming pregnant I starting taking it two weeks ago.  I have a very exact cycle day. Of 28. Day 14 is my ovulation day usual and cramps are my exact signs and cm on day like 12,13. I haven't gotten a positive ovulation line since taking vitex. So upset :( my significant other and I have been trying faithfully this time. Hoping I didn't mess up the chances to conceive this month.

Not be taking it anymore. So upset. First month that we've really really been trying and I took something that worked the opposite for us :(

I've heard if you have regular cycles then vitex wouldn't be suitable. It is best suited to those with pcos who are very irregular.

I read on a previous post that you shouldn't take it if you already have regular cycles......but I have no idea if that is true or not.....
