sibling experience with new baby coming?

Currently pregnant with my 2nd baby due in August. my Son will be 2 years and 2months old when I'm due. was wondering how ur 1st child took it when the new baby was here especially if ur child was also still young? was he or she jealous or happy ?

Aw we’re on almost the same timeline! My second was born last August 25th, and my first born was 2yrs and 4 months at the time! 
My first was always so excited during pregnancy with anything baby. 
Once baby was here my husband brought him in to see baby and he drew back saying “NO! No baby!!” We were freaked!! Haha 
I instantly pulled back blanket and said look at his teeny feet!! After that he was in love. 
My advice to you, is make your son as involved as possible! Teach him to bring you diapers/wipes, to bring you a binky, pick out babies clothes,etc 
Once baby is here try to still give him attention while baby naps. Even if its 5-10mins, that 1on1 solid time will help. 
My son never had any jealousy, still doesn’t. My lil guy is now 6 months old and they love each other.

after finding out i was having another girl (2 boys then 2 girls) i made sure to include my daughter in my appointments and ultrasounds ( not the legs up appointments) i didnt want her to feel left out or replaced.shes amazing with her lil sissy💜 im very lucky.
