Post part of exercise help

Hey ladies! I am 4 1/2 weeks postpartum and feeling ready to get moving again. My precious baby girl doesn't let me put her down, so I'm stuck with little time alone unless she's with her dad in the evenings. Usually I wear her in the moby or sling during the day. I've been walking since about two weeks PP, but I fee ready to start working my abs, thighs and arms but I don't know where to start. Any suggestions on how to sneak in exercise ? I'm also wanting to start super slow because I am exausted, and am still sore down there.

In my town there is a group that meets and does "kangratraining" where you use the weight of the baby and do strength training while you wear him. You could see if there is something like that where you live, or maybe look on YouTube for exercises you can do while wearing baby.
