What do I do??

So every time I have sex with my husband he has to spit on me to get it wet because I’m always dry no matter what and it makes things a little uncomfortable. Like sometimes he’ll like try to ram me but I’m not wet so it hurts before he’s even in. Even when I used to masterbate I’d have the same problem of being dry. Why is that? And is there anything I can do about it?? Please help!
