Antibiotics and pill

I’m currently taking doxycycline hyclate 100 mg, twice a day for 10 days, due to a horrible sinus infection. I’m currently on Junel-Fe birth control pills which are a combination pill. I take my pills every single day at same time but sometimes here and there I’m an hour or two late but I have never forgotten to take it. This is my last week of hormones before I take my sugar pills starting this Sunday.

Basically, I’m aware that antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of birth control so should I use a condom this week or just refrain from having sex? My boyfriend is flying into town Thursday to see me since we are long distance :( It sucks that I have to be on this antibiotics!! We clearly want to have sex but we also do not want to fall pregnant so would using a condom prevent it? Or should I just refrain.
