Registry ideas for 2nd baby?

I'm not doing a shower for baby girl #2 (my oldest is only 18 months old & we still have all her stuff), but I've had several family memebers ask about gift ideas or practical suggestions for this baby. So I made a registry with some diapers, cream, burp cloths, etc. do any of you other mamas have suggestions of other stuff to add? I'm drawing a blank. The big difference this time around is I'm having a summer baby (my 1st was born in October). Thanks!
