I’d say both. I’m on my third too and before I reached 19 Weeks I was constantly up and down in size. I was much larger by the end of the day!
After 19 weeks I became more stable in size and just kept growing. I’m 24 Weeks and now the almost the same size as I was just before giving birth with my 2 previous pregnancies! I’m going to be a big mumma this time round!

Mostly bloat. I’m in the same boat as you! This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’m only 8 weeks but I look SUPER pregnant already! I had to switch to maternity pants this week. It’s crazy! Baby is still tucked way down in my pelvis so that belly is mostly bloat and stomach muscles that have been through this before and have given up already 🤣
