Emergency C Section. Pls help me.

So I might have herpes, Im 38 weeks & I noticed bumps on my vagina. I just got swabbed for it.. My question is if it turns out that I do have genial herpes & have to have a emergency c section what can I tell my family when I tell them about me having to have a c section? I don't want my parents or other family members that what to be there to know. I'm still coming to terms w the fact that I might have it myself.. Also, if I do have it is there any way I can keep it confidential while i'm in labor?
