Not being listened to!

so im 29 weeks last week I was admitted with bleeding and tightenings. today I have passed what i think is a mucus plug (pic below) ive been passing small chuncks for a couple of days and having irregular tightenings with lightening pains down below. I called labour ward and before I could describe what the goo looked like midwife said sorry it's not a show your only 29 weeks. makes me feel so unsupported. has anyone experienced any of This? and is this a show?
