Help!!

So I used my friends hydrocortisone cream & if she had herpes or anything, am I at risk?

She used it on her vag so did I, it was a kind the squeezes out of a tub. And I cut the tub open so the cream wouldn't touch the opening of the bottle in case her infected hands touched the opening ( if she has anything) I know this is a long stretch but was wondering if I am at risk for getting any std if she had one?
