I am a horrible person

I am currently kinda seeing/dating a guy, but he hasn't come to see me in 3 weeks ,he has excuses why he can't always says "soon". old fwb hit me up tonight,i tried saying no I'm seeing someone but I'm a sucker and he came over. we didn't have sex but did oral. me and the guy I'm dating haven't put a title on what we are or if we can/can't see other people ... I feel bad but I was so lonely 😔 .
