Average period with IUD?

So I had Mirena placed on February 6th, a week shy of what should have been my next period, and was told that I would experience spotting in the first two months as well as my period, and that it may continue for our to 4-5 months. While the spotting was accurate for the first two weeks or so, it stopped pretty quickly and I have yet to get a period since. It is March 22nd. I’m not worried that I’m pregnant because there’s no way I could be due to lack of activity, but I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced something similar?
