Can you feel your baby moving at 13 weeks if you put your hand on your belly? 
I can feel movements inside and was just wondering if I can feel them by touching my belly

You can feel your placenta pulsing to ur heartbeat if it’s anterior. Otherwise if ur uterus is sitting very anterior, it is possible, but rare. Your bladder would probably need to be full, to raise it up as its still very low and tiny at 13 weeks.
