Not feeling as pregnant

So today I am having a weird day, I just don’t feel as pregnant today, although I feel a bit off and a little nauseous, I don’t have an cramps any more my boobs are full or sore. I’m guessing it just the hormones making me feel anxious but I took another pregnancy test just to reassure me, it was still positive but it was light ish, but then because I just needed to do it there wasn’t a lot of wee so maybe that’s why? Came ina pack of 2 so might do another one when I need more of a wee.
