implantation bleeding

Hi,

My last period was from Feb 22nd to 27th ; 16th and 17th March I had very slight brownish orange blood only very light; on 18th i wiped and had a tiny bit of red blood so thought it was start of my period; put in a tampon; took it out a few hours later and nothing on there bar some brown blood; could this have been implantation? I'm due my period by 27th March so I know if I miss that i should test I just wanted an opinion regarding the implantation because I'm so desperate for this to be our month ; any advice would be great x
