Pregnancy right after miscarriage

Went to my ob today and thought I was 4 weeks pregnant but nobody told me I should have waited for one full period. Did any of your ob's double check your labs? I didn't wait for my hcg to go to zero or have a full cycle. I treated the bleeding period as my menstrual period and haven't had a second period. My pregnancy test friday was a negative then I got two positives monday and tuesday which would indicate a new pregnancy right? I'm really hoping this is my rainbow child 😓🤰🏻 if anybody has the same experiences please share... I don't want to feel alone with this.
