Miscarriage, D&C, Strange Bleeding

So I had a missed miscarriage February 3rd. I got a D&C; procedure done on the 7th of February. I bleed off and on for 5 weeks till I got (presumably) my period on the 13th of this month. March 13th. My periods always only lasted for 5 days. This period looked like it ended last Saturday but then Sunday through Wednesday I had the old brown blood return. It feels sandy or gritty. Then late yesterday I started bleeding bright red again. It was a line though. It wasn't filling the pad up. Same today. What is this? I mean is this STILL my period? I'm so frustrated. I'm not in pain. I don't itch. And I don't have a fever either so I think it is just my body healing slowly and clearing my uterus out for ovulation. I guess I just want validation...I definitely want answers. Has anyone had this experience? Does anyone know what this is?
