Trying not to panic!!

So today is my 38th birthday and I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant. Had a call from a screening midwife today at the hospital saying that something has come back on my initial blood tests I had and they need to see me first thing tomorrow. When I asked what it's shown she said that they couldn't tell me as the midwife won't see the report until tomorrow morning. has any else ever had abnormal bloods come back and want was it. Trying not panic but think I'm in for a sleepless night.. ....
