Thought I was 4wks actually 9??? HOW?!

So, I just got out the doctor and they just told me I am 9 weeks prgnt and on the glow pregnancy app it tells me I’m 4 weeks and 5 days. Could the doctor have made a mistake or did the app make a mistake? I am so confused???!

Did you have some spotting and think it was your period maybe? My friend had the opposite, glow told her she was 12 weeks and she was only 7
