Worried about pregnancy at 18

Okay, so I’m sure I sound like every other person on this forum concerned about being pregnant, but here I go.

So a few weeks back (about 2 days after my period ended) I didn’t totally have sex, more of a “just the tip and pull it back out” kind of thing because he didn’t have a condom and it was during a time where I would’ve been pretty high risk for getting pregnant.

Now, two weeks later, I have been spotting every few days for 2 weeks and my period is 2 days late I’m VERY concerned about being pregnant,

But also I have pretty severe clinical anxiety.

Should I be worried!!?
