What should I do now

So i went to my dr appointment today, and I failed my glucose tolerance test when the doctor was going over the result with me now I have to do it again for 3 hours and I am scared. I feel like I am more alone than ever and not knowing what to do in situations like that. That’s why I am so glad for this group that answer all my random dumb questions

I failed my one hour with my first pregnancy and ended up passing the 3 hour with flying colors. It sucks to get poked so much with the blood draws, but you'll get through it! Bring something to do while you're waiting since you'll be sitting around for a bit in between blood draws!

Just do everything normal. A lot of people fail the 1hr it's set pretty low. Don't stress if you have GD then you have it and you want then to find out. Good luck.

Don’t stress! I had to take the three hour and it turned out just fine. Even if you don’t pass the three hour, you just have to watch what you eat a little more closely. You’ll be just fine mama!

They had me do my test at 16 weeks because of my weight and family history of diabetes.  I failed my 3 hour and they put me on a pill. It worked up until yesterday when my doctor prescribed insulin to keep my sugars more stable for the health of myself and baby. It really isn't that bad, and honestly I think it has helped me not gain as much weight as I would have because I ♡♡♡ carbs and that is what kills your blood sugar!
