no foreplay and painful

i just had sex with practically no foreplay it was a bit uncomfortable but was overall good during( was quick) . next time ill make sure we do lots of foreplay but its really painful right now, wondering what happens when you dont do foreplay and the effects of that after sex???? thanks ladiesss please help inacse i should do something now...
