okay ladies when did y'all take your maternity leave I'm currently 34 weeks and I work as a machine operator on concrete floors...getting harder for me to get around since my work doesn't do light duty or work with anybody for that matter... I have 8 weeks worth of unpaid maternity leave( possibly becoming a say at home mama after baby but need the insurance for as long as possible) and I have no idea when would be the best time to take it...any suggestions or ideas
