two week difference crunches challenge
After two kids, working out was really taking the toll on me, but I seen these challenges on YouTube and said stuff it I'm going to give it a go what do I have to loose! 200 crunches a day for 30 days!
This is me first day
This is me today day 14
I can see a difference and have lost 4 kilos so I'm pretty happy :) We can all do it if we put our minds to it
