Today was a step in the right direction
Last night my temper hit the worst it’s ever been, and today I had a come to Jesus with my self and decided how I am going to actively change myself into a better person!
And tonight I managed to discuss everything with my bf without raising my voice once.
This feels so huge after 22 years!
