Hubby and I keep our bedroom at 69 degrees- nice and cool. I went to bed in just a tee-shirt and woke up burning up and soaked in sweat. -.- (I was in bed alone too...hubby is on overnights at work.) Went back to bed undressed and with an ice pack lol
