epidural needle ptsd
Does anyone else seriously cringe just thinking about your epidural? My back hurts in the spot where the needle was and I hate being touched there. I take 800mg ibuprofen every 8 hours but sometimes I’m too lazy to take it and I suddenly feel the pain in my back 🙄 I’m almost 3 Weeks PP too
