5DPO never experienced symptoms after ovulation or anything so 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a missed miscarriage at the beginning of this year and had a D&C; 1/22/18 and my period returned 3/7/18 . I took clear blue digital ovulation test that detects two of your most fertile days well I got a peak on 3/18/18 and we had sex the next night 3/19/18 @ like 8 or 9 . I’m currently 5DPO and I’ve been experiencing nausea, left pelvic pain, little twinges below my belly button area, & backaches, & acne, also headaches too and I don’t get acne until a week before af. I’ve never had these symptoms after ovulation before. Could I be feeling these symptoms early? I know they say your very fertile after a miscarriage and D&C.;
