Making my clim

So Sunday after a wounder dull day my landlord decided to sell r house and tried to sell all of are stuff! Stressed to the maxs!! I have a two year old that j didn't want to be homeless! So as of Tuesday we have baught a house and 80%stress free! Thinking about tring for my second baby!! But my thoughts were do I start fixing the house ( older home windows doors ext..) will be done before babby 2 but is it to early?
