Implantation after BFP possible??!

Hi Ladies! I am 11DPO and got my BFP today. This is going to be our first and I am so worried as to not hurt the baby by any rough movement. Just this eve, i felt like a pulled a muscle in my upper thigh/groin area after which I had a sharp stabbing pinch in my uterus. 
Is implantation possible after BFP??! I am so scared of what the pinch was!

No, you can't get a bfp til at least a week after implantation. The feeling was probably round ligament pain  (I felt mine before my bfp and I'm pregnant with my 4th so I'm not new to this) or just stretching of the uterus. You're fine.

there's no need to panic unless the pain is continuous or rhythmic and accompanied by bleeding
