How much caffeine is too much?
Before TTC I did like my cup of coffee in the morning and cup of tea afternoon and evening after a meal. Obviously now I’ve cut that out completely as I don’t want to risk anything, I know you can have a certain amount of caffeine but I’m just too afraid as it’s my first and I don’t wanna risk anything. Have any of you ladies got an alternate that is caffeine free? It’s just that I’m really feeling the difference and I feel I’m missing something and it makes me feel quite groggy which isn’t a nice feeling 😞 Or did any of you still have caffeine during pregnancy?
