New mom anxiety....advice?
I am admittedly a nervous Nancy to begin with, so let me start with that right off the bat. I have a 6 week old baby boy who has a clean bill of health; however, I get nervous about a few things. Often, he will stretch and completely stretch out his fingers and hold them there stiffly for awhile. They will eventually relax, but naturally, when I google stiffness it takes me to cerebral palsy and that terrifies me. I then sink into the rabbit hole of fear since they used forceps to take him out. What if there was damage when they did that? He will also sometimes push his chin forward as if stretching his neck. I know he is so so young, but should I be scared at all? I’m going to obviously address my concerns with the pediatrician when I see her....
