Pregnant after 2 miscarriages

In September me and my husband found out we were pregnant after trying for Lil more than a year. A week later we had a miscarriage. 4 weeks after that we were pregnant again then on our 10 week appt there was no heartbeat... we were devastated!!! Now today I was expecting my cycle and nothing... I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.. I wanna believe it’s a true positive but after so many let downs I’m afraid to be excited.. I don’t know how to feel😩😩😩
