Sry I’m just gonna post this in this forum. Deal with it😂

So one of my kids has a best friend, however, the mom and I got into an argument a few months back. So, I decided to be the bigger person and apologize. Our kids are smitten with each other, and I said, I’m too old and tired for this high school drama.

Anyways, I told her that we can go back to speaking and being “friends” overtime, if she’d like. She never responded to that.

The only time she texts is in regards to my son going over. If I try to show some form of interest in talking, she’s cold towards me.

When I drop my kids off to school, and I would see her, she would completely ignore me and walks straight past me. She would even pull her daughter close to her when she sees me walking towards them. I was a little shocked like, you would think I tried to hurt her child.

I said to myself, alright, I’ll back off and stop trying to be friendly or have a conversation with her.

Today, she picked my son up to take them to a birthday party. He goes over to her house afterwards and she said I can pick him up after dinner. She texts me sometime after telling me what my son ordered on his pizza and how it’s hilarious. My response? “K”...

Mind you, if it doesn’t require a response I’ll just say ok or k...

She gets upset and says nevermind, he’s done, let me know when you’re here.

I am honestly trying to figure out, why she got upset?? I’m honestly friggin lost here...

You’re being cold and you don’t talk to me but get upset with my reply? This is why I can’t do this friends shit...
