Omg So im 33 weeks Today and I cant explain what I just felt

So I worked today from 7am to 6pm i been standing all day and i get home im laying down and the baby was just moving alot , kinda felt like he was moving around, im not sure but moving more then ever and pushing so hard like at the bottom it was hurting in the inside a little.. cant really explain it . I kinda feel scared haha its my second baby but I was induced with my first one so i don’t really know what to expect but im thinking this one might come on its own and I hope so cause getting induced its the worst thing ever .... any advice .. baby is moving alot pushing down alot and it hurts
