Pregnancy with PCOS - success stories?!

Question

I was diagnosed with PCOS yesterday. I don’t have any of the symptoms (no weight gain, hair growth, thinning hair, etc) except that I have missed my last three periods and blood tests showed my testosterone levels to be high. I know that PCOS can make it difficult to conceive and that there is a higher risk for miscarriage....so I’m looking for success stories!
How many of you with PCOS have had healthy babies and how long did it take for you to conceive? What treatments did your docs put you on?

after being put on metformin it took me about 6 months to get pregnant,  my daughter is now 8...baby dust

I have pcos and have 2 babies. I'm not sure about the 1st pregnancy but I had my son and got pregnant with my daughter less than a year. It was around 7 months.

I was told I had pcos when I was 16 for the same reason...testosterone levels were a bit higher than normal. I was put on bc and I was on and off for sometime I stopped at about 23 and got pregnant at 24(first month trying after a hysteroscopy for a polyp) and I’m now 11 weeks pregnant with my second, again first month trying. I heard it’s best to keep your weight at a healthy level eat healthy and baby dust your way :)

I have PCOS and got pregnant naturally first try. I found keeping stress down and taking proper Vitamins helped. I’m like you, and have no symptoms in terms of weight gain, hair loss, and tiredness. I only menstruated about 2-3 times a year and my blood tests showed my Lh and fsh hormones to be off.

im currently 4 weeks today. i know its early but i feel good about it. i got diagnosed with pcos on aug 12 2016. been ttc for 2 years this month and finally got my bfp, after using letrozole for ovulation cd3-7. --- my brother and his fiance have a beautiful healthy 8 month old baby girl. she has pcos, and conceived naturally after i think about a year ttc.

It took me three years to finally be diagnosed with PCOS, and another 4 (and an IUI) to conceive (first IUI took though!!).
 
My son is almost 13 months.  VERY healthy and the happiest little baby!
 
I just found out I am almost 8 weeks pregnant with #2!  We were not exactly “trying”, but werenot preventing either.  We are over the moon about our miracle baby #2 ;)
 
I have friends that were on metformin only and conceived.  Others took femara.  Others clomid.  But most of us were able to conceive, it was just a tad trickier.
