pregnant or not??

so i completely missed my period this month and earlier this month when i was in the ovulating stage i had cramps one night and in the morning when i wiped it was pink so i fidnt think to much but then i started feel sick so i questioned it alittle bit but when i missed my period i started think maybe it was finally happening like i have hot flashes i have this weired feeling in my pelvic area ive got real bad acne and ive felt sick a few times plus i have a creamy white cm and my appitite has grown but every pee test i take is negative so what do u guys think is up do u think i am possibly pregnant or do u think its something else i could use some addvise
