did my doctor make a mistake?

I've noticed for more than 4 months that I've had really tender breasts, when I first tried massaging my boobs I noticed that theres several really hard lumps in my boobs that caused really bad pain whenever I wore a slightly padded bra, ran, or even put some pressure on my chest. I went to the doctor and she told me to lay down on my back and put my arm above my head. Where she touched, wasn't the areas the hard lumps were at. she touched one area very slightly and said that I had a caffeine cyst. a week after I noticed my nipples leaking clear fluids, and my breast size is severely different. I don't know what to do.
