Strange Skin Rash- HELP 😂

It wasn't viable until the last month or so. It's red, dry and scaly, and burns on occasion with makeup remover.

At first, we thought it was a skin condition ive had on my arm called teniversacolor- produced by yeast. But the more time that goes by and the more I research the condition, the more I think I have something else. I just don't know what. It's not itchy at all. Some days are better than others. It use to be bigger, but has shrunk very slowly...It actually went away for a few days two weeks ago, but came right back.

I'm not sure what to do. I got new makeup and used different remover, but nothing changed. I even exfoliate and moisturize everyday. I cover it up with makeup when I go to school, but it starts to peek through and get scaly within the hour. I'm not sure what else to do since I can't go to a specialist 🙄
