needing a little advice

had baby 27. may 2017 had implant inserted on the 29.may bleed till i was 10 weeks pp and started having sex 11 weeks pp.. now im waiting for period to roll on my boobies are sore i cannot wear a bra and have dry looking white stuff on my knickers... i cant get to the doc for another week and starting to worry a little my sex drive has gone down hill i want it so bad but makes me feel sick lol... i have had implant bfore so i know it can stop periods also know theres a slight chance ofj falling pregnant while on it cause i have friends who have just curious
