Diet Drops?

Question

Have any of you lovelies ever tried diet drops i.e HCG or raspberry ketones? Doing some "research" trying to jump start my weight loss. TIA

I would not recommend taking any of the supplements you asked about. None of them have any regulation by the FDA, so the prices are over inflated and safety is not guaranteed, and none of them have been through human testing. specifically HCG is a horomone produced by the human placenta most commonly known for its ability to be detected by pregnancy tests, there is zero evidence for it's ability to jump start weight loss. Raspberry Ketones are found in red raspberries and similar to capsesin is said to increase metabolism, but in both it is a minimal change and has no affect on the amount of fat used. If you are trying to lose weight I would recommend reguated eating and at least an hour a day of exercise. Diets I would recommend would be the candida diet or a diet where the calories gained from food is balanced by what is lost from exercise.
