herpes or strep throat?

So I tried to take the best pictures possible. Last week my throat hurt really bad and my nose has been running or been stuffy. A couple of days ago my throat stopped being sore and now my nose drains/runs only every now and then. Last night I gave my boyfriend a bj(no disease as far as I know), and this morning I noticed these weird pimple like bumps in the back od my throat. One is really red and hurts. I plan on going to the doctor, but I wanted your opinions first.
