mucus and baby's

so my 14 week old has had a stuffy nose the last few weeks well has been so stuffed up nothing worked so I turned to the old no fail method and pushed saline through his nose I've done this with all my kids as a last resort cause it isn't fun for anyone. anyways mucus comes out next thing I know babys got a lot I mean a lot of extremely thick white /clear foamy mucous he started choking turned blue I immediately start pounding on his back trying to clear it finally got it cleared had to stick my finger into his mouth to help pull out a lot of it as he coughed it up ,few minutes later more and more just starts coming up then he vomited over a handful of this thick clear mucous coughed up a bit more now he can breath through his nose and is perfectly fine it's the craziest thing he took a 5 min nap fed on both boobs and he's out ,no fevers no rashes he's only breast fed ,no smoke or pets ,were so confused do we wait until morning take him to urgent care or rush him to the er is this worthy of an er visit since he's perfectly fine now ,I just dont want to expose him to all kinds of dangerous germs like strep,flu ect. if it can wait to see the doctor
