Is my landlord being unreasonable
So I’ve lived here for 10 years. Same apartment.. I needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedr. Well he said he wouldn’t charge deposit & just the difference.. well now he’s saying deposit. Doesn’t he have to give me my deposit from my other apartment anyways?
