Eczema

I’ve always had eczema since I was born and I dealt with outbreaks my entire life basically.. it’s every once in a while like when the weather changes etc.. we are switching over to spring time here in Texas and my skin just went automatically crazy! My body itches so bad, mainly my face and my neck. My neck is completely dark which is so embarrassing. And it’s moving onto the front part of my neck. I try not to itch it but it’s so hard not to. I put some hypoallergenic baby oil gel and raw Shea butter on the areas so they won’t be so dry but the itch is not going anywhere.. so uncomfortable.. anyone recommend anything that actually has excema and deals with it with something and it works? Pleaseeeeeeeeee tell me please I beg of you lol.
