Any tips for morning sickness?

I am miserable. This is my first and I am sick all day every day. Please send help 🤢🤢🤢

for my morning sickness is I get nausea if I don't eat so drinkable yogurt is the way to go in the morning and then of course a snack or two. I can't eat big meals they don't look good to me so I just snack every 10 mins or so. it sucks but it's life.

Try eating some crackers or oatmeal as soon as you wake up and snack on ether crackers, pretzels or my favorite are gold fish snacks often. I noticed it helps tremendously. I’ve used the morning sickness bands too and those help sometimes.

I’m taking the Pink Stork tea and it’s been super helpful

I’ve been living off of mentos, ginergale and pretzels. Hope that helps.

try the wrist bands - you can get them at any pharmacy. they are supposed to help nausea using pressure points.

I'm currently drinking gingerbread green tea, and nibbling on ginger snap and rich tea biscuits (God I'm so English lol 😂)
