use lube, make sure to pinch the tip of the condom when you put it on and use the toilet paper trick to size. get an empty toilet paper roll and have your partner try and put his erect penis inside of it. if it doesn't fit buy "large" if it fits comfortable buy "regular" and if it's roomy buy "slim fit".
