One tube blocked

So I just had an HSG today that showed partial blockage of one tube. Doc aid it could have always been that way there's nothing they can do really. I already have two kids ages 6&8 . She said I may have conceived both kids with only one tube patent. We've been trib to conceive for a year for number 3 & but no luck but I'm 37. Anybody else have luck conceiving at an older she with a known blocked tube.?
