Bv not going away!!

Ok ladies seriously want to go crazy!! Quick back story. I am 19 weeks pregnant with a cerclage placed at 13 weeks and in weekly progesterone shots since my last pregnancy ended at 23 weeks. I am asymptotic- but given my history I’ve been on top of things and making sure I’m getting everything taken care of. At 10 weeks I made them check me for infections bc again, I’m crazy. I had a yeast and bv. Was treated for it. At week 11.3 my ob wanted to make sure it was gone before my cerclage placement. Still had bv. Ok, treated for it. Fast forward to week 17, again I’m crazy and just want to cover my base and just hey let’s check. No symptoms but last time I didn’t have symptoms either. So ob agreed. Again, have bv. ??? Ok..... finished another dose of antibiotics. 3 days after I finish it I’m at the ob and she checks again...I still have it!!!!!????? What in the livings name is going on!!?? I’ve been treated twice with the metro gel and twice with the metro pill. Seriously what the efffffff. I can’t deal!!!? Has anyone gone through this!? With my last pregnancy I lost I never had any infection. Help please I’m going crazy!!! Oh and the best part is I haven’t had sex this entire pregnancy!!!! So if nothing is going on down there then seriously there ain’t no reason I should have anything! Ughhhhh help!
